Ghost Amino delivers a full essential amino acid profile, along with added hydration complex. Designed for intra workout consumption between sets,  Ghost amino will help reduce the feeling of fatigue and reduce catabolism (breakdown of muscle tissue) while you're working out.

Amino acids are what we call the building blocks of a single protein, in order to build a protein our body need 20 amino acids, 11 (Non-essential) amino acids our body already produces, which means we need an extra 9 (essential amino acids) either consumed from a protein rich meal or from an EAA supplement.
