What shipping options are there?
Standard shipping - sent via standard Australia Post. This is free for orders
over $149.95, or you will be charged $9.95 if the order is under $149.95.
Express shipping - sent via the Express Network with Australia Post. The
cost of this depends on your location around Australia, and the weight of
your order. Orders over 5kg will incur further charges.
International Shipping – Delivery cost may vary.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver Australia wide, however if you live outside Brisbane Metro area
you may experience a higher delivery fee depending on your order total.

Do you offer free shipping?
Our customers receive free shipping on all products over $149.95 order value
in SEQ. T&Cs Apply outside Brisbane Metro.
I have just placed my order but haven’t received confirmation?
If your account has been debited via our online site, please allow up to
2hrs for your confirmation email to be sent. If you do not receive an email,

When will you dispatch my order?
If the order is placed and processed before 2pm on weekdays, we will
dispatch the order that afternoon.
Can I click and Collect?
Certainly, please email or give us a call to arrange Click & Collect.
How do I use an Ambassador’s discount code?
Simply type the discount code into the available space (PROMO CODE)
once you’re in the checkout cart to activate.
My Promo Code is not working?
Majority of our Promo Codes / Ambassador codes will require you to be
logged in to an account, so if you haven’t created one with us yet, do so
and then log in.
Promo Codes will also only apply to full priced items. They will not work
with any clearance or already reduced products/bundles, or any
bars/snacks etc.
My product is solid or has Clumped?
Unfortunately, due to varying temperatures and certain formulations of
ingredients, some products may inevitably clump, the product is still fine
to use at your discretion, although we do offer returns/exchanges/credit.
Please email our team for further information, we will need photos of the
clumped product, the product manufactured dates, as well as your order
number for processing on our end.

If you have processed an order, we require you to get in contact with us
immediately so that your transaction can be forfeited, and the funds
returned to your account. Once the order has been fulfilled or is on track
for delivery, you will have to organise the return of the unopened products
resulting in an $9.95 delivery fee. We reserve the right to defer any
products we think may have been tampered with.
